Oklahoma Chiller Planned Maintenance Break Down


Annual Maintenance

This service will be performed in the late fall on or after the winter shutdown on a mutually agreeable date. All recommended yearly maintenance procedures on the equipment will be conducted. A written report will be provided at the end of the inspection with recommendations of necessary repairs and maintenance procedures.


Running Inspection

This service provides for a specified number of regularly scheduled maintenance inspections, which will be performed while the equipment is in normal operation. A written report will be provided at the end of each inspection with recommendations of necessary repairs and maintenance procedures.


Emergency Services

Emergency service calls will be scheduled on a “first come – first served” basis. OCC guarantees to be in contact with the Customer within two hours of a call to begin addressing the issue and/or scheduling a service technician.


Consulting Services

OCC will consult with Customer and present a list of solutions and/or recommendations to the system or specific equipment. Any upgrades to the system will be provided under a separate agreement. All work performed by OCC at the Customer’s request that is not covered under the terms of this Agreement shall be performed at OCC’s Hourly Rates.
