SCOPE OF THE POSITION:This is far from your typical sales role. We're looking for an individual with an innate sense of curiosity, exceptional listening skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between our customers and technical teams seamlessly. More than just diving into problem-solving, we are looking for someone who can build genuine relationships with our customers. Our primary objective is to deeply understand their issues and consistently deliver the best and most cost-effective solutions. If you're someone who thrives on understanding client needs and enjoys facilitating effective communication, we welcome you to bring your expertise to our team. Compensation is a blend of salary, non-capped commissions, and company benefits. A company vehicle will be provided. 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify potential clients and opportunities to grow

- Build strong client relationships and establish a faithful client network

- Consult with clients to understand their needs and requirements

- Help estimate costs for commercial HVAC installations, repairs, and construction projects

- Generate client proposals based on the project's technical specifications and requirements

- Document activities and convey information to the rest of the team

- Follow up on ongoing projects and maintain continuous customer contact at all levels, especially with management/decision-makers

- Provide market feedback on competition & technology

- Manage the client experience by effectively communicating with other team members

- Provide input and help develop marketing strategy and specific account plans

EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS THAT YOU MAY BRING:

- Strong desire to learn

- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Comfortable communicating with all levels of an organization

- Strong business acumen

- Effective communication and organizational skills

- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in preparing customer proposals

- Computer skills

- HVAC experience is NOT required but is a plus
