Oklahoma Chiller is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent within the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. This position will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, building a pipeline of qualified candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring process across all departments at Oklahoma Chiller.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, identify, and engage with qualified professionals through various channels, including online job boards, industry associations, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of HVAC professionals to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Partner with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other tools to manage and document the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to leadership.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize the recruitment process.




  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or experience in a technical recruiting role.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates' technical competencies and match them with organizational needs.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
