We Are More Than Just Chillers
Our Purpose
Founder, John Claybourn, started his career as a mechanical technician in Dallas, but later moved back to Oklahoma to be closer with his dad who was ill. Once his dad was better, he was contemplating whether to continue his career in Tulsa or move back to Dallas. That is when John felt called to start his own company that would attempt to change the industry perspective of mechanical contractors by always serving customers with their best interest in mind.

Ever since that beginning in 2005, Oklahoma Chiller has been guided by values like: Trust, Loyalty, Courage, Humility, Excellence and focused on our passion of building relationships, serving people, and transforming lives.
More Than Just Chillers
Today that same philosophy is alive in everything we do from serving people to designing, engineering, installing, and servicing commercial HVAC and process cooling systems. In addition to mechanical services, Oklahoma Chiller offers building automation services and equipment rental services.

We offer our services throughout Oklahoma and the surrounding areas out of our headquarters in Tulsa Oklahoma and our office in Oklahoma City. Our vision is to continue to grow and create opportunity for our employees and positively impact thousands of lives.

John Claybourn forms Oklahoma Chiller, focusing on chiller service.
OKLAHOMA CHILLER CONSTRUCTION
The company moves into a 3,500 sq ft facility and creates a construction department.
OKLAHOMA CHILLER RENTALS
Designates the company’s first manager; creates a rental department.
OKLAHOMA CHILLER HVAC CONTROLS
Forms an HVAC building automation department.
WE’VE MOVED
Moves to our current 25,000 sq ft facility; now quickly outgrowing.
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK
Opens 3,500 sq ft facility in Oklahoma City, celebrates grand opening at Oklahoma Hall of Fame.
SERVING COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES
Celebrating 15 years in service; Develops equipment lease offering and a clean air solution.
CAMPUS EXPANSION
Purchased 13 acres just south of our current headquarters to support our growing Rental Department.
