We Are More Than Just Chillers
Our Purpose
Founder, John Claybourn, started his career as a mechanical technician in Dallas, but later moved back to Oklahoma to be closer with his dad who was ill. Once his dad was better, he was contemplating whether to continue his career in Tulsa or move back to Dallas. That is when John felt called to start his own company that would attempt to change the industry perspective of mechanical contractors by always serving customers with their best interest in mind.

More Than Just Chillers
Today that same philosophy is alive in everything we do from serving people to designing, engineering, installing, and servicing commercial HVAC and process cooling systems. In addition to mechanical services, Oklahoma Chiller offers building automation services and equipment rental services.

ESTABLISHED OUR FOUNDATION
We acquired a 3,500 sq ft facility and launched our construction division to deliver the most efficient HVAC systems our customers need.
INTRODUCED RENTAL EQUIPMENT SERVICES

ADVANCING WITH AUTOMATION
Establishing a dedicated automation division meant we could help our customers become even more energy efficient. Remote monitoring and diagnostics made us even more proactive with our planned maintenance programs.
EXPANDING OUR HEADQUARTERS
Transitioning to a 25,000 sq ft space enhanced our capacity to serve our growing list of valued partners, accelerating response times, hiring more employees, and impacting more lives.
EXTENDING REACH TO OKLAHOMA CITY
Opening a 3,500 sq ft location in OKC doubled our service area for customer support and job creation.
15 YEARS OF SERVICE BRINGS MORE GROWTH & INNOVATION
Celebrating 15 years in service; We introduced equipment leasing programs and advanced air purification, growing our rental fleet exponentially.
SECURING FUTURE GROWTH
Acquiring 13 acres adjacent to headquarters drove significant annual rental increases, offering expanded storage to align with ambitious scaling goals.
ENHANCING OUR OKC PRESENCE
Relocating to a larger Oklahoma City office amid rapid expansion refined our statewide delivery and provided more efficient expertise for growing partnerships.
